Competition & Promotional Terms & Conditions
The promoter is: Murishun Pty Ltd trading as Sweethearts Townsville whose registered office is at 206 Charters Towers Rd, Hermit Park QLD 4812.
The promotions and competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over except employees of Sweethearts Townsville and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or related to marketing of this business.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions or promotions.
Promotions
Any promotions or advertised discounts are only applicable to in store purchases. The purchaser must be over 18 years of age and ask for the advertised discount/promotion to be applied at the time of purchase. No refunds or discounts will be applied after point of purchase for any reason. Sweethearts Townsville reserves the right to cancel any promotion or advertised discount for any reason without prior notice. Any cancellations will be posted via our facebook page and other social media channels as we see fit. Sweethearts Townsville reserves the right to deny any advertised promotion or discount to any person at any time.
Competitions
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competitions.
By entering our competitions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Competitions may also be promoted on Instagram, Youtube & Twitter and via other media channels including radio and television.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
All details relating to closing and drawing dates are per the Facebook promotion located on our Facebook page.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice and for any reason deemed appropriate for the business. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter via our Facebook Page.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen by an independent prize draw, from all entries received and verified by
the marketing director and 1 other staff member.
Sweethearts Townsville also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of our control.
The winner will be notified both publicly on Facebook and any other social channel as well as personally by DM on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook and within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of us sending the notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. The prize MUST be collected in person from 206 Charters Towers Rd, Hermit Park QLD 4812.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Sweethearts Townsville shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
